This was honestly the best app ever, it was so easy to use and in the airport was even easier too!

A flight listed, chosen, credit info put in, then comes back saying price has gone up!! Did I want to still book it and pay more? No.

If you have a space in your last name you wont be able to retrieve your booking that you purchased on a computer, it will tell you to: write your last name correctly

The app is great.. But so much information to input to retrieve the ticket... After buying the ticket, Passbook should take the ticket information and display it, avoiding the sign in and inputting the information again.

I will say the customer service was friendly and fairly easy to get in touch with, but the compliments end there. I booked my flight 6 months in advance. 3 months before the flight I received an email saying our departure time had changed and I accepted the change. When we got to the airport to check-in we found out our seats were saved on the new flight but tickets had not been issued because Onetravel did not pay the transfer fee for the flight change. After 1/2 hour on the phone with Onetravel, all they would do was ask Westjet to wave the transfer fee. Terrible experience! Deleting this app forever and you should too!

The APP crashes right At the start. Worries me about the validity of this application.

Got this app from my brother in law who said I would get great deals by booking my flight through here and all I can say is not at all!!! I book a ton of flights per year so I searched for my usual airline company to find a deal. I then compared through the company website and thought well its not 50% off or even close to what the kind of deals I was told I would find but it was a $30 savings so booked it looking at reviews and terms etc... Well turns out my $30 savings wasnt at all what I was getting as after my payment went through and I checked my email going over payment and ticket info I found that I was charged in USD! Now that might not be a big deal to some but I am canadian, living in Canada, flying within Canada almost always using westjet(as in this case) paying them canadian dollars. Needless to say with the CA dollar not overly high right now I ended up paying more for the flight plus my credit card would also have to charge me for converting funds! So theres an extra $80 I didnt want to be spending over Christmas. There was NOTHING in the app stating the currency being charged ANYWHERE, i went back and searched everywhere. Another thing, westjet gives you 24 hours to cancel your flight with refund... One travel gives you 4! Westjet cancellation or date/time change fee $50-$75 one travel $150-$300. I called one day after booking one flight and 3 days after booking the other (as i booked 2) and was told that it would be $150 cancelation fee (to cancel or change one of the flights)but that my ticket was nonrefundable so I would get no credit or nothing. I asked why it was so much considering westjets costs and he danced around the question not answering it. I felt bad badgering him as he didnt seem to have the answers I needed or know much about the airline I was dealing with as he told me westjet doesnt offer anything. So he just told me to call westjet to get it dealt with and I didnt have to deal with them anymore. Nice enough customer service people but very disappointed they couldnt help me out more.

Horrible app, dont believe these lies. It is designed to skip the screen with details of your trip before you confirm and play. I made a mistake of booking my flight with this app, it chose the nearby city (hundreds kilometers away) and the confirmation page never showed up. When I realized the mistake and called them (in India), they told me they are very sorry but I would have to pay $400 to make the change. Unbelievable

Worst app and company. Avoid at all costs. Booked a flight, got confirmation from one travel, got confirmation from the airline. Got a call from one travel 2 hours later that the fare price went up $400 and my tickets were not confirmed. Spoke to a supervisor and they said too bad. Dont use this company or app. Deleted from my phone

Easy to use app

This app was very easy to navigate. The information is presented well and also you can search your flights through several different options. I have used this app twice in less than a month to travel. One Travel even contacted me, through a personal phone call, for a follow up review which made me feel appreciated as a returning customer. Even with comparing other websites, One Travel had the most available times and their prices were the best. I will continue to use One Travel because of their customer service as well as the ability to search through the app and website without any complications. I even booked my flight from the app on my phone. I didnt even have to use a computer!!

I live the app. It would be good to have the trip auto populate in my calendar.

In all honesty, as a college student Im constantly searching for ways to save money and this app is a perfect way to find the cheapest flights! I love it and I use it every time I book my plane tickets.. Which is quite often!
