Almost missed flight
I will say the customer service was friendly and fairly easy to get in touch with, but the compliments end there. I booked my flight 6 months in advance. 3 months before the flight I received an email saying our departure time had changed and I accepted the change. When we got to the airport to check-in we found out our seats were saved on the new flight but tickets had not been issued because Onetravel did not pay the transfer fee for the flight change. After 1/2 hour on the phone with Onetravel, all they would do was ask Westjet to wave the transfer fee. Terrible experience! Deleting this app forever and you should too!
