I downloaded the app and purchased a flight but was left in the dark in details regarding my flight app dosent offer anything more than web based mobile site I was not given specific details about my airline which happened to be a puddle skipper and when I contact the Arline directly they said I needed to contact my travel agent/onetravel one travel has India based customer service and should have invested more time into info online about my airline carrier and what to expect. I missed a flight list the money and one travel was not even able to help me find another flight through their business to get me home leaving me stranded in Sacramento, just buy directly from the airline its worth it dont risk being late to work or to see family to save a little through one travel.

I received an email to check in for the flight and the links in the email wont open. So, I downloaded this app and no where can I find where it will allow me to check in. I will never use One Travel again to save a few bucks. While some of the features in the app are convenient, they dont make up for all the frustration Ive experienced with One Travel overall. Disappointed.

Disappointing altogether. I booked airfare, but must a stop on each leg. Tried calling, to no avail for info. Tried online also no success. This is to book new travel, not service customers.

Havent had a problem with this app. It quickly gets the information you need And it sends you promo codes.

They show a price with their discount that you get in the app ... and then the discount disappear because system errors and end up charging more than the price before. That to me is a fraud and a mockery

The app has the best search and filter Ive seen and amazing deals! My wife and I were able to find a the perfect flights for our upcoming trip to Arizona!

I have two favourable turns. The second time, the airlines company is change.When I couldnt find the gates, I used the app and then I found it. Thats good.

I bought a ticket at Onetravel. On the travel date the airline (Avior) changed the flight for six hours earlier. When I arrived at the airport I noticed that the flight has changed. Onetravel could never verify the flight change with Avior and I lost my money. I also lost one night hotel and had to pay transportation.

I use the site just one time and the next time I check my bank statement is a $22 fee for something. What I dont know does it cost $22 to download the app???

I booked an international flight for my family through OneTravel and got flight insurance just in case. Our plans changed and I called customer service to invoke the insurance and get the refund. A rude customer service rep had me repeat my information repeatedly and at the end of 10-15 min on the phone said I had to deal with Insurance directly. I called the insurance company that issued the policy and repeated everything again. They said this comes up all the time from OneTravel and the policy they sell everyone has small print that describe the terms under which you get a refund: get this, a severe bodily injury, a victim of a terrorist attack or a kidnapping (what are the odds here?). The point is they said too bad, you are stuck with it - what a waste and what bad service - dont use OneTravel!

Im very glad that I used one travel I dont travel very often when I do I wanted 5 stars service and one travel application very easy to used and I will used it again and spread the words to all my friends

This is one of the easiest apps to use for making travel arrangements and reservations. It has several wonderful features and I use it frequently. It has helped me to save a lot of money by offering competitive deals. I highly recommend it.
