This company doesnt deserve any stars at all. I canceled my flight due to medical reasons as I was admitted to the hospital. Filed a request for refund of any amount and supplied medical reports but no one helped me from their service. They dont answer any emails you send. The worst traveling company I ever used. Stay away!!!!!

I almost booked on this app because Ive been searching for a cheap flight for my trip this coming winter since Im not leaving right away. After 2 months searching this app showed me the cheapest non stop flight! Sat on it for two hours I decided to google " one travel reviews" and boy OH boy theres been a lot of people with bad experiences from delayed flights , extra fees, not having a seat selection and no food. Neatness to say Im lucky I didnt book. I had to review this app because when I downloaded this -there werent any reviews! So here you are , just as lucky as me to delete as I am :-).

It carged 2100 for my airfare I though it was good deal so I bought it and then it send me booking confirmed email.And after 5 mins they send me a decline credit card so I payed again and it happen again they charged me around 4000 dollar.My saving are gone because of one mistake.Avoid this site/app

I have purchased my ticket 8 moths ago and they keep sending me notices that my flight was changed. I am going to travel with a 4 month old and they put me on a 10 hour layover (the original ticket I purchased had 2 hours). Cant talk to them on the phone, waited 40 minutes, guy pretended he couldnt hear me and hung up.

Research this company and its owner online! They will over charge you, lie to you, keep you on hold until you hang up, Promise you a refund and then keep it for themselves! I URGE you NOT TO SPEND A CENT on this business or site! I write from personal experience! You have been warned!

Site has potential but customer service cannot see billing info. BEWARE if hidden charges.

24 hr help line she even told me which terminal ill be arriving at so my girl will know where to find me. It tells me if my flights delayed and weather conditions for that day. So its done what I needed so far

Love it, simple and easy

Looking for a flight to mirror up with another couple was tough. One support was able to get us all on the flight together.

All my trips have been for business. Flight, rental, and hotel. So far everything has been running smooth.

Update is very bad and needs to be a new updated rapidly due to the collapse of the system running the program time , for iPhone 4S

Every time (100%) Ive tried to book a flight with this app it tells me that the flight is sold out. I think theyre scamming people showing cheap fares when they really dont have them. I even tried copying all my CC info so I could book fast but it didnt work either.

Just downloaded app to check status of my flight. It only remembers email address, not name & zip. It finds the flight, then crashes. Twice so far. One more strike and delete-ville!

Nothing seems to work. They should let you check in, check baggage info and pick your seat, but they dont! This app does nothing that going online doesnt do except get notifications. We will see if they work, but Im not holding my breath!
