App dosent open with email or give detailed info

I downloaded the app and purchased a flight but was left in the dark in details regarding my flight app dosent offer anything more than web based mobile site I was not given specific details about my airline which happened to be a puddle skipper and when I contact the Arline directly they said I needed to contact my travel agent/onetravel one travel has India based customer service and should have invested more time into info online about my airline carrier and what to expect. I missed a flight list the money and one travel was not even able to help me find another flight through their business to get me home leaving me stranded in Sacramento, just buy directly from the airline its worth it dont risk being late to work or to see family to save a little through one travel.
