Worst travel agency!

I have purchased my ticket 8 moths ago and they keep sending me notices that my flight was changed.
I am going to travel with a 4 month old and they put me on a 10 hour layover (the original ticket I purchased had 2 hours).
Cant talk to them on the phone, waited 40 minutes, guy pretended he couldnt hear me and hung up.
