I am a senior citizen and had several questions regarding booking my flight. The agent was very kind, patient, friendly, professional and efficient.

I book an asile seat and have Proof it says asile but when I show up it’s middle seat , support didn’t help at all!!! They say oh you choose middle but I have email saying it’s an asile !

No intuitive way to retrieve boarding pass. On line assistance is really somebody trying to up sell more costs. My 1st and last time using this air line. I just spent 20-30 mins on the app and talking to a rep trying to get my boarding pass for a flight in 22 hours. App is supposed to give you access to pass within 24 hours which cost me $3.99 to get and it doesn’t work.

They will charge you even for breathing, the customer service is terrible, people who work here do not speak well and you can't understand anything, basically they don't offer any help or solutions, a few months ago I bought flights with this app, when I arrived at the airport they told me that my flight has been canceled months ago, that my flight was going to be the next day, that it wasn't their fault since I hadn't bought the flights directly with the airline, it was one travel that was in charge of letting me know, something that never happened! Now months later I buy flights through onetravel again and after I paid a man calls me telling me that since it's a low-cost airline they change and cancel flights often and that the best thing I could do is pay 60 dollars for one travel to take care of the rebooking so it doesn't cost me more with the airline directly! which makes no sense because I called the airline and they said, if that happens they themselves will assign me a new itinerary, or in the worst case a refound, plus they charged me a fee of 7 dollars for each bag that I paid for, meaning they charged me for paying for bags, which wouldn't happen if I had paid for them at the airport 🙃

I despise comparing flight costs. They are currently comparing flight prices and schedules and have many options. Thanks for your great service. Just have to locate a less expensive flight option. Thanks for your help.

I'm having a headache trying to get my money back I don't have my plane ticket because they say the amount paid is incomplete, and I don't have my refund of almost 100 dollars, because even though they charged my card, they say they can't refund it because there was no charge... I'm losing almost 100 dollars and I don't have the ticket or the refund.

They may offer cheap fairs but they don’t show or tell you the flight class - so if you don’t know or ask at the time of booking, you will not get the miles you travel - they’ll use the fair class which gives no miles and you’ll likely discover after the flight is complete and are trying to claim your miles!! And even if after booking you call them and tell them your FF# and the request it to be added to your flight details, they’ll tell you “for sure, “it’s recorded”, and “it’s been added to your record” - either because they’re just lying or are clueless- I just finished an International flight with early 9000 miles each way!! All lost because they want to sell you cheap tickets w/o telling you it’s a no-miles fair class!!! I even paid nearly $400 extra for better seats!!! Total fraud and they’ll tell you anything to sell you tickets No wonder they’re also known as “CheapoAir” by another name!!! Never again!!!

I want to share my experience, my friend and I bought international tickets from this program, but unfortunately after 24 hours no one responded and they did not refund my money. Be very careful with this program so that you don't have any problems. I think there is no reliable company or person for this program ,,,

I booked a flight through this app. But after few days got an email saying the airline has cancelled all its flights. Now the agent from OneTravel does not give any solutions on this. I can’t call to a USA number for reschedule from another country because of high price. Service from OneTravel is so bad. This seems like a scam to me. I lost my money. Avoid this scam app.

I was trying to flight back to the US from overseas after a few years of working. Decided to try this app. I books 6 months in advance with flexible additional charges in case something happened. Something happened and I tried removing someone from the flight. Horrible customer service. Used all the services to then cancel. After trying to cancel, it charged me the price of the one ticket that I was going to change. From 1200 to a 600 dollar refund. Bad luck.

So, I was able to book an out of the country ticket and even purchased a travel insurance on the ticket just in case I was unable to make my flight. When I reached out to One Travel they told me that not only was I unable to cancel the ticket without penalty but that they would be charging me to make changes!!! Oh, it get better…. After an hour on the phone with them and getting charged a fee they told me that they were unable to make changes and that I would have to call the airlines myself!!!🤬🤬🤬 oh and that’s not all…. When I reached the airline they booked me threw, in order to change the itinerary, it was literally for another full price ticket!!!😤😤😤 So much for having a good rate on a flight!!! First and last time I will be using One travel to book a flight!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

As of Jan 2023, I cannot login into my account via this app. I enter in my email and password on the app but will not go beyond that once I click to sign in. I can view my account & upcoming flights just fine on my desktop, just cannot log into via this mobile phone app.

First time and I love it everything is fast and very easy to read.

Every time the search results come up it’s for the wrong state, and or number of travelers. I always double check and confirm the information prior to submitting and I get the wrong results. Very annoying.

The online service is wonderful to use having been my first time to schedule this flight.

Their cancelation policy is 24hrs after booking, tried to chat with an agent and he said it was airline policy which is not very true since my flight is months away and if i booked through their website directly they would have let me cancel. I guess i wont be making that mistake again. I also had a hard time even finding my itinerary on the app and website, it would say i had no upcoming trips, and it would just direct me to covid 19 page. Wont be using again

I called yesterday and today and both time i was talking with the agent for over 60 minutes and at the end the result was 0 zero. The did not helped me in any way. They just want to take your money and nothing else. For anything you call they will charge using different names.

Wow - got a fantastic deal on the dates I wanted to travel and it included travel insurance for a tiny fee. Am so chuffed to finally be able to get on a plane again and go see friends! Thanks for great service!!!

Don’t ever buy your tickets with onetravel. I bought my tickets in 2020 and due to COVID-19 they didn’t refund my money. In 2021 i bought two more tickets in USA and due to a bad weather in Denver , they didn’t refund and they didn’t even inform me about the cancellation. What an unprofessional business. Never ever in my life by tickets with you guys. You are the worst company i ever work with. Very unprofessional, if i could get a -1 minus stars i would give it to you.

Booked but the site changed my airport called right away was told there would not be a charge to correct had to fight hours on phone to get a billing and I was charged the change fee. Now have to wait for some supervisor to call flight time changed 2 weeks after booking not the time I would have booked hours to get answered from people who drop the call and you can barely hear or understand. Run. I really mean it run away from this site go to the airline directly. This one is terrible!!! Run!

This is the worst booking site. They didn’t even ask for passage information nor did they ask to confirm the information. When I called the number they had down to call for help changing name on flight the person said I can’t change any information because it was a super saver ticket. Why would that even matter. Don’t deal with OneTravel they scam you.

Round trip flight to LA for AORN conference which was canceled due to Covid 19 still have not received refund

I was unaware that they were going to have to verify my flight by calling my bank before I got my tickets and the guy hung up in the middle of the call and I am unable to get ahold of anyone and I am sitting at the airport with no tickets
